We will ensure that you have adequate time to recover after you compete and rest for your next event. Check the start times for your heat time and helping times.
Parking
To give us plenty of room to play with please park at the volleyball courts located next to the post office on Winton Road, this is only 200m from CrossFit Perth. Particularly on Saturday please do not park in adjacent businesses as your vehicle maybe fined or towed.
Registration
Thank you for pre-registering; this will allow us to give you a specific start time. Walk in registration is allowed each day for people wanting to compete who have not pre-registered, however they will be assigned to heats after the pre-registered athletes and the cost will be $35 cash on the day. The SAS Resource Trust website payments stopped working last week, if you were unable to pay please bring $25 cash when you register on the day. 2. Check the athlete board for your marshalling and start time
3. There will be a warm-up area and athlete rest area
4. Event marshals will be in the warm-up area to clarify the workout standards
5. Heats will be given a 15-minute call to the warm-up area and a 5-minute call to marshalling area before the heat start time
6. Once you have finished your heat the judge will fill in your score and hand your sheet to reception for recording.

There will be some food for sale on the day and local food joints open and Joondalup Shopping centre. Athletes are always best bringing food and drink. It is forecast 30 degrees on Sunday the 16th so bring plenty of water and eski’s if you have them.
